1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AChai platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AChai provides an online marketplace connecting travelers with local partners in Angola (accommodations, restaurants, tour guides, and transport operators) and private drivers for tours or transfers.
3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to provide true and up-to-date information when creating an account. It is strictly forbidden to use the service for illegal activities in Angolan territory, fraud, or sharing offensive/false content.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Bookings are made directly with partner providers. Cancellation and refund policies are defined by each commercial partner and must be read carefully before booking. AChai facilitates the connection but is not responsible for bilateral breaches.
5. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the Comarca of Luanda.
