General 24-Hour Rule
Most of our services allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed and credited back to your account within 5–10 business days.

Hotels / Accommodations
Free cancellation is available up to 24 or 48 hours prior to the check-in date (14:00 local time). Cancelations made after this period may incur a charge equal to the first night.
Restaurants
Table reservations are free and can be canceled up to 2 hours before the booking time. Pre-booking fees for special dishes are refundable if canceled 12 hours in advance.
Guided Tours
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Due to preparation costs, same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Experiences & Activities
No-charge cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. For experiences requiring special equipment rental, cancellation is free up to 48 hours prior.
